The program witnessed an overwhelming response, with 71 applications from talented students across India. After a rigorous review and interview process, 21 students were shortlisted for Interview out of which 10 students were selected for Scholarship program. A winner from Kanpur Shailendra Rathore was ultimately chosen, winning from the total scholarship pool of ₹6,50,000 including laptops to enhance their education and skills. This initiative underscores Ninjacart’s commitment to empowering families involved in the Indian agri value chain and enhancing education for their children.
The Ninjacart Scholarship Program, an integral part of the company’s vision to create #BetterLives for agri-citizens, seeks to alleviate the financial burdens that children of agricultural workers face in pursuing education. The program supports students from classes 8 to 12 (ages 13-19), providing them with the resources necessary to achieve their academic dreams. By offering financial aid and technological tools, Ninjacart hopes to enable students to focus on their education and expand their career horizons, contributing to the broader goal of creating a more educated and skilled workforce in agricultural communities.
