Prestigious ‘Acharya Tulsi Samman’ 2025 to Padma Bhushan Shri Rajat Sharma

Gandhinagar (Gujarat) [India], September 22:  The 16th edition of the prestigious “Acharya Tulsi Samman” will be conferred upon Padma Bhushan Shri Rajat Sharma, one of India’s most respected journalists.

The award ceremony will take place on Sunday, 28th September 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Acharya Mahapragya Chaturmas Pravās Sthal, Preksha Vishva Bharati Campus, Koba, Gandhinagar.

The honor will be presented by His Excellency Acharya Shri Devvrat, Governor of Gujarat, in the august presence of Acharya Shri Mahashramanji.

Distinguished guests, including Union Ministers, senior legislators, journalists, political leaders, and eminent litterateurs, will attend the ceremony.

About the Award

Instituted by Acharya Tulsi–Mahapragya Vichar Manch, the award recognises positive journalism and is dedicated to the promotion of human values. For the past 12 years, it has been awarded to eminent journalists across the nation.

The honor includes:

  • A cash prize of ₹1,00,000

  • A citation (Prashasti Patra)

  • A shawl

  • A coconut (Shrīphal)
